My mission

To bring mental health and wellbeing into everyone’s awareness and discussions. I want it to be commonplace for us to share our difficulties, it is part of humanity to have these struggles. We all need support throughout our lives, I want it to be available and affordable for everyone. We cannot wait on waiting lists to see someone who knows how to help, when you need help you need it immediately.

What can coaching help with?

My coaching provides you with a simple but effective structure of support, assists you in moving forward in significant areas of our life: career, health, romance, personal growth, education, fun, sport, friends, family… Let me know what you need help with and I will devise a plan for us to move forward.
